How do I redeem rebates from In Store/ Offline merchants?
For GETBATS physical stores, you are required to walk-in to the store, and inform the cashier that you wish to redeem rebates after payment.
Steps to redeem:
- Simply scan the QR code generated by the cashier with your phone's scanner or GETBATS in-app scanner.
- Check the transaction amount and proceed by clicking the “Submit” button.
- Last but not least, do not forget to play TTS (aka Touch-To-Surprise) to get an additional surprise!
Additional Info:
Once submitted, we will add your Rebates to your Floating balance. It usually takes a little time for the merchant to confirm that your purchase was completed. Depending on the merchant, this can take from a few seconds to several days.
Do note that the Rebates depend on our partner store's purchase validation. GETBATS reserves the right to cancel or delay your Rebates payment should a partner store alter their policies or delay their Rebates payments. We will, however, do our best to ensure the Rebates reaches you on time!
